if this was a traditional scottish supper to celebrate burns night then what happened to the tradition of piping in the haggis and the recital of the burns poem? More thought could have been given to the setup of the restaurant as the way it was made it very difficult to dance to the traditional music specially when pillars got in the way.

Just had a wonderful meal at Centotre! Thank you Victor for an incredible evening with exquisite food and amazing service. Everybody was so thoughtful and friendly! The service was impeccable and by the end of the evening we felt as if Victor and the lovely blonde woman were our great friends! I tried veal for the first time ever and the buffalo mozzarella was like nothing I had ever tasted before! Caitlin had the most wonderful air dried beef to start and the absolutely delicious Contadino as her main. It was absolutely scrumptious! The torte I had as my pudding was without exception the most incredible, delicious, beautiful dessert I have ever tasted, the recipe from Victors wife, he is so lucky!! The cocktails and dessert wine were fantastic and so refreshing. Nothing could have been better! It was a truly phenomenal experience that made both of us so happy and really made our whole night/ day/ week!! The best dining experience ever! Thank you so much to everyone, the chefs!! the waiting staff, the bar man and Victor and the wonderful blonde woman who we don't know the name of (you were so friendly and welcoming)! No thanks to the ginger man from Ayr who harassed us relentlessly and attempted to run away without paying (Victor caught him, HA)! They were terrible men, well his friend was actually okay and very embarrassed, but mister Ayr was awful and attempted to drink through the cocktail stirrer thinking it was a straw, smooth. Thank you Victor! Thank you everyone! best wishes, Sarah and Caitlin.
