Our cheese trolley has arrived from Italy! Victor’s dear friend Giovanni, from one of Italy’s oldest cheesemongers, recently spent four days with our team.
He’s been training them on how to look after, how to service and (the best part) how to enjoy a new and very exciting selection of some of Italy’s very best artisan cheeses.
So sit back, relax, select a bottle of wine and one of our cheese boards – how perfect for an early evening or late supper treat.
